Located in a Free Trade Zone in Costa Rica, we are an Injection Moulding Company supplying plastic parts around the world run by engineers for engineers.
We produce a variety of technical parts and have capacity parts that weigh between 0.035oz to 33.5oz (1gram to 950grams) with 15 injection machines from 22T to 350T in size. Batch quantities we typically run are from 100 per month to 30,000+ per month. Our in-depth knowledge and experience of engineering polymers such as filled and unfilled nylons, polyesters, polycarbonates, Rynite, IXEF or ABS and more recently Bio-based plastics, enables us to bring an efficient response to any project’s constraints. We can also offer, product assembly, printing, cnc machining and ultrasonic welding. We have extensive experience in the production of parts and tooling for all sectors of industry, ranging from the leisure marine to the telecommunications industry, including the automotive and pharmaceutical markets. Whether you have a simple conceptual sketch, full drawings, or a 3D model, we can turn your design into a finished part.
